Kostos did a great job painting our main floor and basement. He made some minor repairs to the walls and ceiling and then caulked and painted. 11 years ago he painted the exterior of our home. That was done so well it has still held up. He is punctual and efficient.

I would gladly have Kostas in my home again. We have an older house that had 4-5 layers of wallpaper in each room. I removed it but badly damaged the walls in doing so. Kostas restored the walls and several ceilings to a pristine finish. Judging by his attitude and the quality of his work Kostas obviously understands the value of earning trust and making clients happy.

His prices were very fair, he is pleasant to have in the house, cleans his space each day and shows up when he says he's going to. I could not be happier with his work and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone!

Kosta began work on my home in the begining of June. I initially hired kosta to tape and plaster my basement. I was pleased with his work, so I also had him prime and paint. He preformed his work very efficiently, neatly and with a great deal of care. From his performance in the basement, i later hired him to stain and seal my new oak stairs and banister. he also recommened to paint the pickets white to accent the natural beauty of the stairs, which he did and it turned out wonderful. I would reccomend this contractor to any of my friends or family with great cofidence. Very pleased!

I hired Kosta on July 18 to begin work on my home. i have a two storey detached home in north york......aprox. 3100 sq. feet. The work this job required was to paint the entire houses, including 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, living and dining. also all the trim and doors. Kosta also stained and finished the hardwood floors on the first floor, aswell as the banister and stairs. He was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I in picking paint and stain. Kosta displayed levels of the utmost professionalism and was always on time, neat, and respectful while working in our home. In closing we were very pleased with the quality of his work and have already recommended him to some of are family and friends, who have also been very pleased with this tradesman.

Kostas is very professional. He was clean, and he did an excellent job. I had a lot of spots in the kitchen and bathroom that needed repairs and he did them all perfectly. I will definitely call him if i need work done again. I highly recommend Kostas Painting Inc.
