I requested an appointment for service. As soon as I knew I would not be able to make it (8:30 am the day of appointment) I called. They charged me the $80 + taxes as per their policy. Last time I use them.

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy fee, however we only charge the service call once.
Since you were already charged for the service call we would not charge you again if you wanted to rebook with us.
