Stay away!! Paul is an awful home inspector who lacks integrity. Missed an active leak in the basement, avoided my calls and when I took him to court he said I had an obligation to call him prior to proceeding with any repairs. Said I didn't call him first, luckily I had phone records. We settled out of court, he bounced the first payment, the rest are always late, avoids calls, always has an excuse. Most frustrating, costly experience of my life.
