ECO WINDOWS provided my family with new windows and front door. We had fantastic sales experience with Anthony who was not only knowledgeable, but answered numerous text, calls and emails promptly and without delay.
ECO WINDOWS installation team was another fantastic level of service and excellent service. Their team was very well organized and clean. They worked quickly and efficiently with extreme attention to the details.We were not easily impressed with contractors, this is was the first time we are actually very impressed not only with the product quality, but overall experience from the sales through the installation process, installation crew and office staff. In our experience ECO WINDOWS provided beyond our expectations service and product.

Had my windows and front door done. Everyone was very professional and friendly. It was a great experience.

I used Eco Choice Windows for the first time in Dec 2021 for my front door and they were great or so I thought.

I then used them again for my windows in June 2022 and was that a different story as the work was not completed (they failed to install the black siding to the top of the main outside window I have copies of the order form clearly outlining the work), and I have been chasing them for over one year to finish the work. To top it off they damaged the wooden area on the roof.

For a year I have been met with empty promises on finishing the work/repairs, being accused on re-writing the order form even though it was clearly written by the salesperson, told I was not being patient enough and that no one wanted to come a fix the issues so they would need to find a new team of workers. Which is appalling as I paid for the 4 windows to be completely replaced.

What was mind boggling is that before the window repair men had left, I told them the job was not completely, but they drove off anyways prompting me to call the salesperson assuring me it would be done asap. Everyone has known about this since day one. Its not like it was sprung on them months after the installation.

Nothing during this whole process has issue has been easy. First, Im told they need to investigate this, then we need to find a date, the holiday season means workers wont be around, winter comes so it cant be complete, then spring was an issue, then they couldn't find a workman to complete the job, then after getting a date for the repairs they cancel the day before. One year of chasing, arguing and being extremely patient. The final straw was today a worker came to finally finish the year (13 months later) and the work is terrible. The siding is bubbled, warped and not straight. My wife called Joe (our salesman who was extremely flippant. We've complained, tried to reason, and still 13 months later left with shoddy work.

If you want a team that has integrity, workmanship, and customer service I would implore you to find another company.

From the get-go Terry, the sales rep, was professional and easy to work with. He priced the job competitively with a superior energy star product. Then the install team took over and their workmanship was phenomenal. They took care of the floors, covered the furniture and cleaned up after themselves. Considering the amount of work that was completed in just 2 days the team amazed me with their detail oriented approach. Thanks Eco Choice - I likely will be calling you for my Doors next!

Installation crew led by Sayid & Eugene were fantastic. Workmanship was top notch, cleanup every day, delivered within planned time frames making the overall experience was great! I am recommending this company to all my friends, family & neighbours. I honesty can't say enough great things about them. I don't have any more windows to replace but I'm speaking to them about doors now!

Dealing with EcoChoice was a pleasure. Joe was our sales rep and provided us with great product options which completely met our needs at a competitive price. Our installers were friendly and tidy. By all accounts, they did a terrific job as our doors work beautifully and look great! We would highly recommend using EcoChoice and plan to use them again for future projects.

I recently replaced all the windows at my house. The salesperson Joe was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process in details. The installation team was very efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend Eco Choice to my family and friends.
