This company is FANTASTIC!!! I spoke to Dave and he answered all my questions and sent me a quote immediately. I called back last Friday with a couple more questions and again Dave was their to answer them. I requested to book an appointment and they came the same day!!! Scott installed the water filter and what a true professional!! He was polite, personable, super knowledgable ( of course I had more questions) and he was neat ( no mess to clean up!!!). We've been using this for a week now and it's the best water system ever! NO more water bottles in this house! Thanks Scott & Dave

Ken came out to provide our yearly water filter service/replacement and was very courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. I had scheduled an earlier appointment and completely forgot about it. The Watermart team was very kind about it and rescheduled without charging a cancellation fee.

Scott from Watermart installed our filtration system yesterday and we couldn't be more happy with his work, or the product itself.

Over the last week, Dave, the company owner, took a great deal of time to clearly explain the various systems they sell, and made sure we were getting the right one for us. He did not over-sell, and in fact suggested there were accessories that were probably more than we needed...which I very much appreciate.

During the installation, Scott made sure he was maximizing the limited space we have under our sink, so that not only the filtration system would fit, but that there would still be space for other things that we like to put down there - garbage can, cleaning supplies, etc. He explored a few different options, and then decided on the one that would serve us best.

We are very excited about our new system, and would confidently recommend Dave, Scott and Watermart to anyone looking for an water filtration system.

Watermark gives you a 1 hour window so you are not sitting around all afternoon waiting. Scott arrived exactly on time and was professional and friendly. My filtration system had previously been maintained by another company and Scott tested the system to see what we could continue to use and what needed to be replaced. He cleaned all the lines, including the one to the fridge which I am pretty sure the other company had never cleaned. I highly recommend this company.

Scott came to my place punctual. My system has been down for a year and he did a total reboot on my system. Everything changed and cleaned. Love my re-newed system. Water here I come.

This was our first time using Ken to do our filter change and/or upgrade (usually it's Ron or Scott but they have to drive in from rural/exurban Ontario to our place in midtown Toronto). Ken was punctual, friendly, and provided us, a long-time customer -- we've been using Watermart since 2008, my parents since the 90s -- with a discount on the new model water dispenser ("Elevate Disc Brushed Up"), since the one we've been using for the past 7+ years recently started leaking quite profusely (it was diagnosed with a crack).

Due to the emergency nature of this appointment -- as opposed to our regular annual water filter change -- it was very fortunate and convenient that I called on the Tuesday and Ken the technician was able to come in after our workday Thursday (so both my wife and I could be home to help oversee the work).

It's still pretty pricey overall to get a filter change for both our undersink and shower products (regularly $250+/year if we didn't have to switch the dispenser) but it's worth it to have guaranteed clean reverse osmosis water for us and our young child, as well as the service and professionalism that Watermart provides. Thanks to Ken and to Dave and Watermart team.

Right from the start, Dave at Watermart has clearly demonstrated that Watermart is all about customer service that's as excellent as the product themselves. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me all my options, and even responded quickly to a small concern I had after installation - which was corrected perfectly and quickly. I'd add another water tap to my kitchen just because I loved them so much, but that'd be silly. But definitely for something else some other time. Highly recommend.
