I am pretty happy with the service and installation.

Before I knew anything about water softeners I called this place up, Dave spoke to me, and gave me a lengthy introduction into how water softeners work and how they should be priced. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything he was just explaining to me what it is.

I also did a price comparison with one other place and this place came in cheaper so I knew I was getting good value for my money - especially when this place has been around since the early 90s.

When the installer came (Ken), he was very patient and pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions. What I liked about this company is before they started work, they gave me a quote of what the extra installations would be (I had requested 2 bypass installations done and they can't determine the cost without looking the house).

Overall, I had no problems dealing with them and I'm happy with my water softener.

If you need a water-filter, use this company. They were recommended by a family member and we were able to get a filter installed on 24 hours notice thanks to a cancellation. I had a good conversation on the phone with Dave (the owner) about our options. Scott, the installer, was on time, friendly and did a great job. This company requires a one-hour window for arrival, as opposed to the 3+ hour windows required by some other contractors. The day after the install, the company called me to make sure I was satisfied with their service. All in all, a great job.

Ken came for the annual filter maintenance, like clockwork he was punctual, courteous and very respectful. Service was quick, thorough and tidy. Afterward, Ken took the time to explain the work performed and what steps were needed to complete the maintenance. As a courteous he also checked our softener system. Dave; Ken was/is a great addition to the company. Looking forward to seeing him again. He and WaterMart are highly recommended.

Watermart is a reliable water filter company that believes in providing good customer service to their clientele. Scott, the service person who does the annual filter change for Watermart, is exemplary, always cheerful and helpful. He not only changes filters but also ensures that the whole system is functioning properly, spending the time required to provide trouble-free service and the quality we expect in our drinking water. I would highly recommend the company and their annual service.

We use watermart for our water filter change on regular basis, we have been very satisfied with the services we receive, and we recomend them to our friends.they changed the membrane filter as well.

Dave took a considerable amount of time, on more than one occasion, to help me understand all my options (it was a bit confusing at first) and I was able to come to the best decision for the set up I wanted. Scott, who came to install the system, was also very informative and helpful. Best of all it took up less room under my sink than expected and I now have healthy great tasting water!

My criticism is that your system is too complex to write a review. Button to click on is not easily found somewhere on the right. Should be up front - to be noticed immediately.

Two days ago I had our old water softener replaced and a brand new water filtration system installed. After an initial assessment (done by Ron) Dave gave me a very reasonable quote, describing in detail every component of the system he recommended for us.
Ron showed up on time and did a wonderful job. He proposed a new, much better location for the new water softener. That way he eliminated all the pipe clutter from the previous installation and freed up a lot of room we can use for storage now. Then he lined up the filtration system in such a way that it didn't take away from any usable space. He also installed a reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink where he again placed everything very neatly. I was surprised how little time it took him considering all the work he had to do to remove the old softener and completely relocate/reconnect all the pipes. In the end he even replaced a leaky hose bib in our garage. I would highly recommend Watermart to anyone looking for a filtration system. They provide a high quality product, do their job right and are very nice people to deal with.
