Getting the fireplace installed and follow up repairs has been terrible. Many appts made with no shows, wrong time/day, no follow up, etc. should have known when there were issues getting install then fitting it properly. Since that time- many, many appt's to repair but no show or only to redo as it was defective.

Our fireplace required a safer and more efficient gas insert. After much research, we selected Delco Fireplaces as our vendor. Working with Geoff Walton, he guided us to finalizing a selection. He came out on a holiday to take measurements. The insert arrived and was installed according to schedule. His installers were very efficient and respectful of our home regarding cleanliness. Geoff also reviewed the project after installation. We have another fireplace to redo and Delco will be our vendor.

We had a fireplace pre-installed in our new townhouse. After a few months it started to squeak and stutter, so we phoned Kerry at Delco and they sent a very friendly technician that had it fixed and working like new in no time. Very good customer service and very friendly staff. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

When I phoned them they were very helpfull, told me I should come down and see what they have. picked out a gas fireplace and they could install within a week. seemed very knowlegable about there products and costs involved in running and maintaining the fireplace.

The langley store staff went out of there way in order to help us come up with new and alternate options for a fireplace to fit into our fireplace design.

When it was installed, there were a few scratches on the exterior finish to the fireplace, and Delco took care of it right away.

I would highly recommend this location for a new fireplace.
