They take a deposit then they say 8-10 weeks to reimburse it
They have taken 14 weeks and all I get is excuses They don't pay interest and customer service is no more than a joke
I would never recommend to give this so called company a deposit or direct withdraw they will abuse the trust
They treat people like open wallets and overcharge for so called services

I've been trying to reach him for three months as my bill doubled they refused to call me back respond to emails one day on April 29 I finally got to speak to Jessica and Joanne both were quite rude would not refuse actually to answer any of my questions and Joanne had hung up on me I have to speak to her supervisor and she refused to allow me that I never did get an exclamation and now I feel like I must go to the media to have this addressed

after divorce my ex asked epcor to take her name off our account and send the paperwork to me...simple request...not for these jokers. They decided they had to cut off the power to my cabin and then charge me $300 for the pleasure of sending a service guy out to perform a 5 minute flick a switch job..to return power. When I complained the first thing they said was the fact I had been paying them for 15 years as a long term customer...meant nothing too them...treat new customers just as badly as long term ones...Horrible company to deal with....

Although I put $300 as the approximate cost of the service, it was $300 I had to pay my plumber to fix the mess EPCOR left at my house. An EPCOR meter technician went to my house to replace the existing water meter with a new one. Even though the plumbing was incompatible with the new meter, the EPCOR technician tried to install the new meter. He then said he had to shut off the water service to the house, otherwise it would get flooded. My plumber then went to the house, adjusted the plumbing to make the new meter work, and turned the water service back on. Why the EPCOR technician tried to install a new water meter before proper parts were used is beyond me.

I recently moved to Edmonton and had to have Epcor installed in my home and they charged me 350$ just for the deposit. I thought the amount was pretty high considering I have great credit.

They come here for install the water meter for the new house. they are pretty good on time and very professional. I would recommond have water service with epcor, although the price is expensive

I am a young mother im on student funding and my funding was messed up so i havent gotten the money ive needed to pay my Epcor bill and i moved in on april 1 and they have been really understanding and havent cut my power yet. so im very thankful.

I like the service3 and costs they provide me. the bills are fair and very competetive in the long run epcor is one of the4 best power suppliers ive had in years and recommend them to all consumers
