Saved the day!
We had an appointment with a different company for 8:00, but received a call at 7:30 that the person who was supposed to clean our carpets called in sick and we couldn't be rescheduled until July 4th. How disappointing. We live in a condo and all of our furniture was stacked in the kitchen, and we didn't relish the idea of doing this twice.
So starts the phone calls. Just before 8:00, we called Jeff's and managed to get an appointment for 9:00 that day. I was mildly worried that a company with an availability so soon may not meet my expectations, but was willing to give it a try given the circumstances.
The guy (Ahman?) showed up right on time and was done in just over half an hour, including set up. He took special care to clean some stubborn stains and seemed to me to be very detail oriented. I had a couple of questions about drying time and such that he answered, and he had me do an inspection when he was done to ensure I was satisfied.
To sum it up, I'm thrilled and will definitely be recommending this company in the future.
