Very unprofessional rushed job. When I gave a feedback he thought i was trying to dodge a payment and began to insult me. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Didn't even know how to send me an invoice until one month later!

I had my carpet in the living room and bedroom cleaned Jeff's reliable carpet care. They were easy to talk to and scheduling was a breeze. They arranged a cleaning without me showing up as I was at work. When I came home, the job was done and I was happy.

Awesome service! Extremely accommodating and did a wonderful job. The carpets look brand new and all the stains are out. We will be doing this again!!! It didn't take much time and they were prompt with letting us know their expecred arrival time. All around awesome.

Great work especially with stain removal. I am a property manager for a large complex and am very please with the work they do. Even when they are busy they fit me in the schedule. Very friendly as well.

Fireplace disaster- soot everywhere ....furniture and carpets . Found Jeff's business online and phoned in a panic. He responded immediately and was honest, efficient and very methodical. His work is excellent and I was thrilled with the results and his price. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Great work ethic!

Once again, Jeff to the rescue! Recently added a 130lb rescue pup to our family who peed in several spots in one room and then ripped up and shredded carpet in another! Jeff was able to fix both perfectly. As a dog loving family, we'll have to keep his name on speed dial!

Quick responses to email and phone calls. Reliable, excellent work, and extremely reasonably priced. The man knows his stuff! Fixed the horrible "tents" in my carpet in 3 rooms very quickly. Definitely recommend. Even my less than friendly dog liked him!

Saved the day!
We had an appointment with a different company for 8:00, but received a call at 7:30 that the person who was supposed to clean our carpets called in sick and we couldn't be rescheduled until July 4th. How disappointing. We live in a condo and all of our furniture was stacked in the kitchen, and we didn't relish the idea of doing this twice.
So starts the phone calls. Just before 8:00, we called Jeff's and managed to get an appointment for 9:00 that day. I was mildly worried that a company with an availability so soon may not meet my expectations, but was willing to give it a try given the circumstances.
The guy (Ahman?) showed up right on time and was done in just over half an hour, including set up. He took special care to clean some stubborn stains and seemed to me to be very detail oriented. I had a couple of questions about drying time and such that he answered, and he had me do an inspection when he was done to ensure I was satisfied.
To sum it up, I'm thrilled and will definitely be recommending this company in the future.

Jeff's Carpet Cleaning is a very relaible company just like thier name. We've been having this compay for all our carpet steam clean, carpet repairs and carpet stain removal.
