Our house was previously owned by a do-it-yourselfer and he did a lot of his own electrical work. We needed the wiring for the dishwasher to be fixed before we could replace our old dishwasher with a new one. The existing wiring was not the correct type and had shorted out. It was also connected to the basement lights for some reason.
David quickly found where the connection was and we ran new wire from the electrical panel to the dishwasher. The connection was moved from the basement lights to its own connection in the panel. I feel much better knowing that this was done properly and we can safely say that at least that home reno was fixed properly.
I plan on having other electrical work done by David in the future, he was fast, courteous and very knowledgable.

David was very responsive when contacted, quick to arrive, efficient, knowledgeable, and did quality work in short time. He also suggested a cheaper way to solve the problem at hand.

I was installing a new kitchen and needed wiring for new lights and switches including an outside light on my patio. David's estimate for the work was fair and also accurate wen all was said and done. What most impressed me about David's work was the comments made by my contactor who was working with David for the first time. He said he did good work and he knew what he was doing which made me very comfortable. He also said he would use David in future for other contracts.

I hired Dave to install new ceiling fixtures and an exhaust fan in a bathroom in my 20 years old house. I found Dave through Homestars looking for someone that I could trust after having some bad experiences with other electricians in the area. Dave came to quote me the work within hours from my call. Not only Dave did a great job, but also he was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual and did the job as it was agreed. Lloyd had to bring another gentleman (Lloyd) to do the venting of the fan. He also did a great job and it was as courteous to deal as Dave. Thank you gentleman for a job well done.

Dave arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He found a problem with the wiring that was done improperly by the previous owners. He worked fast and was very tidy. He also recommended a plumber for us when asked. He was very friendly and we recommend his services.

We first hired Dave to do some outdoor work for us as we had seen his work van in our neighbourhood. We were impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work, and have hired him three times since then for projects inside our home. We would use him again, and would definitely recommend him.

It started with a potential ESA inspection on a house I inherited from my grandmother. (my insurance company asked for it) I already knew of several deficiencies with the house so I called Dave to see if he could fix them and see if he could find any other issues before going though with an ESA inspection. He found several issues and fixed them all. When the inspection happened, it went like a dream, no issues found and no problems.

Dave arrived promptly on short notice, fixed my initial problem at the panel box and when I enquired about replacement of 3 wired-in fire alarms, they were quickly replaced. Efficient, clean and courteous worker.

Dave has done work for us several times and this time he was a life-saver. After an E.S.A. inspection followed by a rather intimidating letter outlining several deficiencies, Dave came in - calmed our nerves, completed all of the work quickly and efficiently and our certificate is on its way. If we had known Dave when we had the basement finished we would have had him do the work in the first place.
