I would recommend getting detailed plans when doing a large landscape job. The company was timely and the guys did a good job. I had this job done last summer. We did need a couple of minor repairs this year. The company was very responsive. Scott was here immediately when we called and did another small job for us at the same time. Scott is very service oriented and we are pleased with his quick response when we called them for service.

We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with the work, however we have no call regarding any issues. We have a 2 year warranty on our workmanship and would definitely like to fix any issues with the project for you. The manufacturer has a one year warranty on stone so if there are broken ones we can take of this at no cost to you. If finishing the job is part of our original scope of work we can ensure it is completed thoroughly and if it is outside of the original scope we can look after this as well for you. We certainly want you to be happy and stand behind the work that we do.
