This contractor after partially completed works, stopped and did not finish the rest as agreed in the contractor contract and agreement. The contractor refused to refund for the portion of works.

Mrs. C. is misleading in her assertions. We have a Settlement Meeting scheduled for January 2013 to resolve the issues, so her posting of any thing on this site at this time is inappropriate. This is not the only time she and her husband have posted comments prematurely. I will allow due process to be completed before I make any more of a response.
