Eugene came out to the house 4 different times as we had a unique situation with our walkout. He knew exactly what was required to be done and quoted a very reasonable price. Every time I attempted to contact him he responded immediately. No follow-ups and no hassle. Igor and crew were very efficient and extremely personable. Igor offered many suggestions as they encountered specific problems with the project and the team completed the entire project within 4 days. Very pleased with how knowledgeable they are and how important having a satisfied customer is to them.
