Nick, the representative we were dealing with, was very knowledgeable always making sure we understood everything that was being done. As with any project, we ran into some unexpected surprises, but Nick was able to deal with them confidently while providing us with multiple well informed options to choose from. The crew Slava and Igor, were careful, nice, professional, and left everything very clean after they were finished. The high quality of their workmanship and materials used was evident.
