Andaloro Construction And Design

We recently did a complete top-to-bottom renovation of our home, and met with 4 different companies including Andaloro Construction and Design prior to starting. Brian's expertise and attention to detail was evident right from the start, and we're grateful we chose to go with his company. Our designer had also worked with him in the past and highly recommended him. We can't say enough good things about Brian and his team. They don't cut corners, their work is of high quality, and they are of high integrity. They bring in a great group of trades with whom they have a long relationship with, and you can trust their work. They turned what could have been a stressful process into a positive experience for us. All sorts of issues come up during a reno, and the most important thing is finding people that you can trust and problem solve with. Brian and his team don't disappoint.

The renovation was basically a complete gut job, and included everything from a brand new kitchen, 4 bathrooms (including a spa-like master bathroom), changing the layout, adding new windows, re-doing floors, ceilings, walls, finishing the basement, re-routing of plumbing and HVAC vents, re-insulating all around the house, new trim, stairs, carpentry, and everything else that goes along with a project of this magnitude. Brian noticed and fixed structural issues along the way, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They could handle it all, and we always felt like we were in good hands.

We ended up with a beautiful and functional home, and one that we know has been built with excellent craftsmanship. Everyone comments on how well everything has been built, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. We can't imagine working with any other team after this experience - they were exceptional.

Brian and his team did a great job finishing our basement after it was underpinned/waterproofed by another contractor. Brian took over our basement project once underpinning and waterproofing was completed, though he had been involved from the head start coordinating with the underpinning team to ensure the best outcome and advising us on the decisions that needed to be made. Brian is very transparent and easy to communicate with. Him and his team always kept construction site clean and organized and ensured that our daily life is not disturbed. Our basement renovation was completed on time and on budget. Will definitely hire Brian again and will recommend him to others!

Brian and his team helped us with re-insulating our home. They recommended a fantastic home insulation company, and coordinated with them so that the attic hatch, porch ceiling/soffit could be all completed on time. Brian and Anthony were extremely respectful of our home; they always cleaned up the debris afterwards, and even advised on a few odd jobs around the house (e.g. light fixtures and windows). We are so thrilled with their services that we are now scoping out additional work for the exterior of our house!

Committing to a reno takes a leap of faith. Brian understands this and quickly works to establish the trust required to keep stress levels low. Hes honest, reliable and a great communicator. There are no surprises. His team is lovely too, highly skilled, professional and friendly. We live in an narrow Victorian semi so width and height were a top priority as was storage. Andaloro Construction met every challenge, came up with creative solutions and delivered a gorgeous product all within time and budget. We love our new space!

We contacted Brian on the recommendation of a friend who had recently completed renovations to her home with him. From the get go, Brian was genial, collaborative, and helpful in defining our vision for our two-storey gut and reno project. He and his team were a delight to work it; they were respectful of our space and prompt in responding to any questions (special shout out to Anthony, who was an absolute pleasure to have in our home). It felt like a bit of a leap of faith given the scope of the project - both in terms of cost and also the fact that this is our home - but we were in great hands and the reno turned out beautifully. We are still working through some final items which we have sadly had to delay due to COVID, but we are very much looking forward to closing out the project with Brian and his amazing team.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job finishing up our basement bathroom. Communication was great and the work was done with great precision and care. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to working with him again on a larger project.

From the moment my husband and I met Brian and his crew, we both liked them right away. We appreciated Brian’s honesty and his professionalism. when it came time to doing the renovation of our basement, it was a full gut job and the transformation was amazing! Brian and his team did a great job for us with some renovations needed in our offices. He was accommodating with his timing and work schedule. He's always pleasant and professional in his dynamic with others. We've used him on other projects in past and will continue to do so in future.

This was our first major renovation on our first home. Suffice it to say, we didn't want to leave anything to chance and we spent quite a bit of time doing our research in order to pick the right GC. We went through about 6 interviews with different people, and in the end chose Brian of Andaloro Construction.

We feel that we couldn't have found a better company to work with, given that it is a huge leap of faith to give any company/individual our life savings and more, trusting that they will **properly** build us the home that we envisioned.

We really picked up on Brian's attention to detail during our initial meetings, and it really shows in the finished product. Brian also has a great eye for design, and we leaned on his experience when making all sorts of decisions relating to finishings.

As our renovation included replacing half our roof, underpinning, and water management (our house in on an underground tributary) - Brian wasn't willing to cut any corners and made sure that we were always in the loop.

From the start, Brian and his entire team were communicative, responsive, and professional. We had difficult neighbours to deal with on both sides, and Brian worked with us to guide us through the process both with the neighbours and city permits. We don't know if we would have come through the entire process in one piece, if not for Brian and his team (and a little hand holding from time to time).

Even though our renovation was completed over a year ago, Brian is still very much accessible and reachable, and he has been back to take care of any small concerns that we have had in a timely fashion.

We would highly recommend Andaloro Construction. In fact, we are planning on working with Brian again to finish our basement.

Andaloro worked with our kitchen cabinet company and handled the flooring, plumbing, electrical, drywall patching, painting and tiling for kitchen, powder, living and dining rooms. Work was very well done on a timely basis. Extras were required and were reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Brian and his work crew.
