Well Done Bb Qs

After 13 years of use, I thought it was time to have my bbq cleaned. I went to my trusted Homestars site and found Well Done. After reading several reviews, I called and booked an appointment. WOW...my bbq is so clean now, I hate to use it. Thank you and WELL DONE!

Our Weber BBQ was in dire need of cleaning, so after checking Home Stars for reviews of BBQ cleaning companies, we selected Well Done. They did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing our very dirty bbq. This company is trustworthy and competent and I would hire them again.

I won a free BBQ cleaning at a Charity Golf Event last year. I jumped on your website, requested an appointment and within a couple days we were booked. I use my BBQ year round and "clean" it once a season. Not sure what I expected but I gotta say your guys did a fantastic job cleaning our BBQ. WELL DONE indeed! Thanks for making the trip to Barrie and extending the life of my grill. Have a great summer!

Well Done BBQ did a great job cleaning our bbq. They ordered and installed parts and got us up and grilling in no time. They came when they said they would come, were clean, polite and got the job done right. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Excellent service...our Weber BBQ now looks like new and is working great!! Easy to arrange the call and the two young men who did the work were very pleasant, helpful and courteous.

I thought my BBQ was as good as garbage until Well Done BBQs came by. It's shining like a new one now. Working better than ever. No more burnt steaks, and now I have even temperature distribution across the grill. Best money I've spent in a long time. I look forward to a tasty summer thanks to Jack and his services. Jack came over and assembled our bbq out of the box (we're not too handy or inclined). Given that it was purchased on sale last season, I didn't mind investing the extra $ to make sure it was done right. It took a couple of hours and Jack also picked up and delivered a tank of gas so we could bbq right away! He also showed up on time, was accurate about how long it would take, and sent a follow up to see how it worked... thanks Jack!

The boys did a good enough job cleaning the BBQ. My only qualm was that they ended up charging more than they had quoted over email, because the BBQ was bigger than they had thought. I had even sent the brand and model number over email so that shouldn't have been an issue. IMO, they should have stuck with the emailed quote as a courtesy.

I'm writing this review within an hour of Well Done BBQs bringing my Broil King back to life - hopefully, that tell you how impressed I am with this company!
I have recently been the recipient of a 5-year old Broil King Crown BBQ from a relative who is downsizing. Unfortunately, the BBQ had been used about three times and then let sit for several years without proper seasonal cleaning. Jack arrived early for the job, and went right to work. A little over an hour later, my poor, neglected BBQ looked brand new! I can't thank Well Done BBQs enough. They will forever be my go-to company for BBQ cleaning and restoration.

Its not in my nature to partake in online forums but I really want to pay a tribute to Well Done BBQs. I have a two year old Weber Summit series propane BBQ. This thing is my baby. A few years of black crust caked onto the inside walls of my Q had led me to think about the negative effects this is having on my food quality. I knew it was time for a clean. The well done BBQ team showed up on time and ready to work. They were careful and meticulous in their approach. The two gentlemen performing the job seemed to be engaged, I liked to see that. They really cared and took their time scrubbing all the dirt from every corner of the BBQ. The end result was a BBQ that had seemed to revert back to its initial out of the box state. It was glissening silver like the day I bought it. This cleaning was well worth the price and Im going to call Well done BBQs next year as well. They are professional, thorough and have a wealth of knowledge on everything BBQ.
