Rick the owner responded to my email right away and came out to see the problem. He scheduled his crew to come and do the work within a week. Mark came and was great!
He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had to have him come back a week or so later and there was no issue with a return. Mark tried another solution and again he was great. If I was to need any other roofing needs I would be sure to contact them.
As a FYI, I had tried to connect with three other companies with no response.
