We hired Five Star Painting , we supplied the Behr Marque one coat. We brought over 3 gallons of paint, and told the painters if you need more let us know. We told them that this
paint goes on thick. They finished June 30/16, leaving us 1 1/2 gallons of paint left. Once the paint dried, you could see stretch marks. I called Dean(manager) he came out to see it for himself, and agreed that it was a very poor job. So July 1st, my wife and I
started at 3:00pm to sand down the walls and wipe them down.
We repainted the whole job, that Five Star had done on June 29th,
Dean told us that he would contact Mason(the owner) and have him call us, well today is July 27, 2016 and have we heard from MASON-NO. This man has no business ethics, when you are told of a problem and you ignore the customer, it irritates the customer to do nothing but bad mouth your so called painters work.
Folks, if you use this company-BEWARE!!! Do not pay them until they have completed the job, and hopefully they won't screw it up.
We have used Five Star previously, but we dealt with Steve, and was very satisfied, the new owner, NOT A BUSINESSMAN
