My insurer was not responding to my need for a small emergency repair (1 hour) to my eavestrough. I needed this repair to stop water from entering my basement after the storm on May 21; both my porch roof and my eavestrough needed to be replaced. The insurer and the roofing/eavestrough contractor would not take care of this emergency repair but expected me to wait for a month when the contractor would start the roofing/eavestrough job. I called Novak on Friday and explained the job and it was completed on Saturday.
