Superior Maids

They did a terrible job. The cleaner spent 80% of their time cleaning the washroom (which is okay), but the washroom is still in grimey condition. What did I pay for? The tiles don’t shine. There is grime around the faucet and in many other areas...this where you spent 80% of your time? They are not professional cleaners with the right supplies. Don’t be fooled by their good online presence. The quality of their work was terrible, and no attention to detail, unfortunately they’re out to make a quick dollar.

We had our basement cleaned, and the service was professional, thorough, efficient, and affordable. The cleaner was very friendly and courteous; he went above and beyond our expectations. He did a wonderful job, and we are extremely happy with the result. Highly recommended!

Great people. Best cleaningbeen done at my house. Really impressed byy them. Real affordable service and guys were really hardworking. So i would suggest eveyone to trt them once. Amazing guys

This company is not recommended the information that was given by the owner was totally false

We had to guide them through and sit there if they are cleaning or not. The washroom had residue left in the sinks.

The furinture were not dusted

I had called the owner and they are not hold themselves responsible for this on top the owner is saying that "who knows that you guys put dirt there and took pictures". I have told him to come yourself and look at the improper cleaning that has been done

To be honest i do not recommend anyone wasting money for this company the cleaners are not professional. I totally regret getting this service done by them and i will never ever get it done by them.

On top of this i had to provide my own cleaning supplies eg vacuum swiffer and etc

Honestly speaking why would i pay $280 and put dirt back in my house.

I called in and spoke with Andrey, who was very friendly and accomodating. I need someone to clean the house I was moving into on short notice. Luckily he had Tatiana available, who was one of his best. And he wasn't kidding, she did a great job and as also really helpful and cares about the work she does. She did such a good job I asked if she could also give the house I was selling a cleaning and again, great results! Highly recommend.

I booked cleaners for my move in cleaning but they cancelled on me the last minute. I called Superior Maids and they were able to send cleaning lady on the same day within 2 hours of my phone call. I was extremely satisfied with Superior Maids cleaning service, they did everything that I asked them to do, I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely book them again when I will require cleaning service. One of the best cleaning companies I have used.

I had a lot of relatives over the holidays and after they left my house it was a disaster. I did not have energy to clean by myself so I called Superior Maids. I had lots of dishes and kitchen was completely dirty with all of the cooking we did. Kitchen and bathrooms the most important for me, I want them to be neat and well cleaned, I needed them to wipe all the baseboards and above the door frames and sanitize the handles. I told them over the phone what I want done and when the cleaning crew came they already knew my preferences. They did a great job I was satisfied with their cleaning, they were great! Definitely made my day!

I have used superior maids two times and both of the times, I have been very happy with the service I got from this company. I had some tenants move out from my property, they have left such a big mess in the house. I could not believe my eyes how dirty the place was when they left, kitchen and bathroom were in very poor shape, and I wanted to cry. My friend recommended me Superior Maids because they clean her home every two weeks. They did an amazing job they made my day, and I was very impressed with their performance! I had no problem renting the house to other people because it looked great and clean. I would recommend Superior Maids to anyone who wants professional cleaning.
