I had Chris stop by this week to look at our 10 year old fireplace that had stopped working. Not only did he replace the valve that had worn out, but painted the box, replaced the burning embers, and cleaned the inside and outside of the unit as well as the glass. Great job, and 5 out of 5 for this service call. My overall rating was 4 because I had to wait several weeks for this valve to come in, as well as a lengthy delay for the service call, as they were apparently very backed up this winter. Hard to get through a cold snap with our unit not working.

Classic Fireplace serviced a fireplace we purchased a few years ago to replace the remote control. The sales team were very knowledgeable and the service tech showed up on schedule and was very competent. I would highly recommend Classic Fireplace for all your Sales and Service needs.

We purchased a fireplace from Classic FP about 10 years ago and were disappointed it quit working. I called and spoke with both Gord and Wayne to explain the problem and ask for help. The follow-up service was amazing. Problem fixed and the service was top notch. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to make things right.

In 2016 we had a fireplace installed from them. Overall did a very good job and we are very happy. Recently (2020) we had an issue with our fireplace, I contacted them to send a technician to diagnose the problem. They responded very quickly and offered a solution. Trent followed up with a phone call and explained a simple fix. It worked!!! I was very pleased, instead of sending a technician and making money they told me how to fix it without costing me a dime! I definitely recommend the product is great and customer service is sensational!

Terrible customer service. They are happy to take your money but when trying to deal with damaged parts, they said I could buy new parts at full retail. Arrogant and rude. I would not recommend them and will never deal with them again

Great looking fireplace. The logs are beautiful. Fire looks very realistic. I choose not to instal a fan as our livingroom is small. Still get a lot of heat from it. I'm very happy with this fireplace. I recommend this one. Service was great from start to finish.

We love the woodstove in the garage. From the initial consult to the actual installation, the whole process was easy. We grew up with woodstoves and always wanted a wood burning fireplace. This was the perfect compromise. We have an extra place to hang out. Heats up the garage nicely.

Very happy i called classic fireplace ! Shawn quickly figured out what the problem was , explained what he was going to do and did it . No necessary replacement parts . Thanks for your honest service .

This group seems to only care about volume distribution and point of sale. If any significant after install issues crop up they avoid the situation or want to charge more money when pressed.
I won’t refere this company anymore or buy from them again.

Bought a new home and had just moved in and this was the company my builder chose to install fireplace and fan.Used the fireplace 8 times at most because the time we moved in and summer did not use it very much because of the weather. Went to turn on the fireplace and fan no longer works. I called in to customer service and spoke to a girl who basically said doesnt matter how much you used it but the warranty is over thats how it works, but I will get the manager to call you tomorrow, and he did no empathy, when I asked if that is normal it happens and you cant do anything about it you could get a bad one. They can send someone out for a fee and then parts etc. For lack of no empathy and customer service would not go back as a fan should not break down after 8 times used or less. Poor customer service and dont stand by products or service.
