Four Seasons Air Control

I decided to replace my 25 year old furnace before it broke down. I called 4 or 5 heating contractors to get educated on furnaces and to get quotes. I decided to give my business to Four Seasons because Ilidio seemed very honest and he took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I understood what I was signing up for, and they were very price competitive.

For those people considering Four Seasons as their heating/cooling contractors I have two messages to pass along. Firstly, the installers took their time to make sure the job was done right. They went over and above to make sure every detail was addressed. They also repaired my humidifier which hasn't been operation for a couple of years and now its working as it should. All at no additional cost to me.

Secondly, during the installation, one of the installers accidentally caused damaged to my home. Ray and Ilidio took full responsibility and sent an outside company to my home to ensure the damage was fully repaired. That's the sign of a company that cares about the the work they do and will do whatever they have to to make sure their customers are happy.

Within the next couple of years I will need to replace my air conditioner and Ilidio will get my business once again. If anyone would like to talk to me about my experience with Four Season, ask Ilidio and he can connect us.

He has been an incredible help and has good product knowledge. He made sure I was informed of all and or any rebates that could help with such a large purchase.
He has a wonderful disposition and has a kind and gentle way of making things understandable.

The quality of work perform by the team is amazing I always show off the workmanship when people ask who did my installation, these guys were fantastic.

I feel like writing a line as to emphasize my respect for the Carrier team selling and installing my furnace and AC a couple of weeks ago.

Firstly, I would mention the Carrier representative, Ilidio; he has responded to my call in a very nice and proactive manner, when all the other agents selling different other products answered after a couple of days or worse, some did not get back to me at all or they (mentioning the Home Depot representative from 401&Allan Road: he returned call in a week!!!). Ilidio passed by us during the same day, late in the afternoon, taking his time to explain us more things about how a furnace is functioning and answering our questions. He never tried to push a sale, nor was he expecting that we will get back to him with an order, he purely tried to help us making an informed opinion and assessing if we need or don't need to change the furnace. He also walked us through the legislation in force in Ontario.
Later on, when we decided that we want to buy instead of fixing the defective old furnace, he gave us a very good price and assigned an outstanding team of people to quickly install the new furnace, given that it was winter and the old one would not work well anymore.
Secondly, the team that he sent, Frank and Arash, were outstanding due to the fast pace of their work and the advice that they gave us regarding the future maintenance. They also fixed other non-functional items around the furnace for us (the guys created ventilation for the dryer, explained how a tankless water heater functions and how it needs ventilation changes - since we thought of switching for a tankless; they mounted extra parts for the furnace - free of charge, as to adapt to the existent vents).

For all these things as well as for the simplicity of the way that they paid with time and effort, I have a warm "Thank you guys!!" and my most sincere sentiments. Thanks and good luck with your business!!!

Our central air conditioner was old (more than 20 years) but was working quite reasonably. But this 2011 summer we found it could not rich set temperature during the hot days.
We decided to replace it and conducted some research for purchasing and installation. We got four estimates before I found on my door knob the advertisement for air conditioner installation, specifically Lennox, with promotion rebate program and financing options from Four Seasons Air Control.
I contacted the provided phone number, asked several questions and got preliminary estimation that was lower than any other I got before.
Next day sales representative from Four seasons Ilidio came to my house, inspected the air conditioner and gave we detailed explanation of what needs to be done for installation of new AC.
He prepared the contract with the list of all parts and labor for this work and provided documentation for financing with Snap Financial group.
The installation team of two people (Arash and Karsa) came to my home as it was scheduled sharply in the morning. They did perfect work inside and outside the house dealing with very old and quite awkward previous installation. They worked all day long and finished it without any mess left after them. Their attitude was professional, polite and I really appreciated their work.
After installation Ilidio provided full set of documentation and help me to send application for Cool saving rebate.
I am completely satisfied with my experience with Four seasons and their personal and definitely recommend this company for anybody who wants to get work done with high quality, properly, and on time.

I had 9 estimates of which Ilidio from Four Seasons was one. In the end, everyone's price for what we wanted were generally in the same ball park but Ilidio stood out from all the other people by a landslide. He seemed to be sincere, honest, not ostentatious, not pushy and was one of the few that didn't trash-talk his competition. When we got down to a shortlist of three companies, Ilidio was always there to answer my phone and text messages promptly and even was able to reduce the price just a little more (thanks for that Ilidio). With some hesitation about never being certain we made the right choice, we chose to go with Four Seasons. They showed up dead on time on the morning of the install. Fred and Arash worked hard all day and rarely stopped for short breaks. Their install work was excellent and they didn't turn our house upside down. They took all precautions not to make a mess in and outside. They also really cleaned up well afterward the job was done late in the evening.
So far, I have to say thanks to Fred, Arash and Ilidio. Everything went according to plan save one minor hiccup that Arash and Ilidio promptly took care of the next day. I hope their follow-up service is continues to be as great an experience. I would recommend Four Seasons at this point. If they are as good with follow-up service (warrantees, etc), I expect many years of great relations with them and we will certainly do business with them again (water heater, fireplace …who knows?). Ilidio the Sales person has been very knowledgeable and advised us on a very nice unit which fits our house perfectly.

I contracted Four Seasons after attending the Toronto home show in March 2011 and comparing all the HVAC companies at the show. They have a very knowledgeable sales staff that explained the solutions without being overbearing. They had a very competitive quote and an excellent package at the show. The installation was carried out by experienced technicians who carefully did a very neat, clean job. I was very pleased with the work done and actually gave them a second installation job within a month for which I am equally delighted. in both installations I took a package which included an air conditioner, humidifier, programmable thermostat and a high performance filter.
Call Ilidio and you should get great sales support.

Ilidio, our sales representative was very knowledgable and helpful in his suggestions. When the unit was installed, the job was done cleanly and the two installers were friendly and able to answer all our questions. They removed our old unit and left no garbage for us to clean up. The small problems that they encountered with the installation were handled very competently and to our satisfaction.
