I also purchased a carpet cleaning through WagJag ..and unfortunately have also had very bad luck with this company. WagJag is giving itself a very bad reputation by not checking out who they use for their WagJag deals...people will be reluctant to use them and there are so many other competing deal companies out there that are reputable ( ie living social, deal find etc.) Carpet Kings is a sham and goes by several different names for cleaning. It is unfortunate that I believed in WagJag who had even called Carpet Kings on my behalf ..and they still didn't show up. Shame on you WagJag. Shame on you Carpet Kings. Deals are not deals when the customer goes through so much grief and loses a days work waiting for inconsiderate companies...Companies should be billed for the customer's time!
