If you are still looking for kitchen counters, you need to stop looking. Now. No really, this is the last phone call you need to make for custom stone counters. Natallia is absolutely wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond to provide first rate customer service. They set the standard that all other service providers should aspire to - professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and focussed on customer service. We had our old counters replaced with quartz, and they look absolutely amazing.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced and weren't sure what material to use for the counter top. Natallia was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining all the different options, including advising us that the Caesarstone we decided on would take several weeks or more to arrive from the supplier. During the wait, she was in touch weekly with delivery status updates. She also helped us choose a sink and faucet and gave us a great price for both! We were especially impressed by the measurement and installation process. There are two odd angles around our corner sink that we were a bit concerned about, but the fit is absolutely perfect. We were delighted with Natallia's "high touch" service and the finished product. Rockstella gets my highest recommendation.

I used Rockstella for a basement renovation project after seeing their excellent reviews here on HomeStars. I certainly was not disappointed.

Natallia was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us a number of recommendations for our project, which consisted of a vanity counter top, multiple bar counter tops and laundry counter tops.

Recommendations in hand, she then advised us to visit a few granite suppliers in order to make our selections. There were a few delays in our reno, but Natallia was extremely patient and understanding, accommodating our requirements and timeline and promptly following up on any problems and issues.

The counter tops were installed over the last 2 weeks and they look great. Even the installers had some good recommendations for sink mounting, placement, etc that we took advantage of.

I would definitely recommend Rockstella and use them again as their service was top notch from beginning to end!

I hired Rockstella to install quartz countertops in my condo kitchen. They had lots of samples to choose from , the pricing was very competitive, and the service was great too! Natallia was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was friendly and informative. And I appreciated that she always took the time to answer all my questions (both before and after the installation). Sergey and his team did a fantastic job with the installation as well. We visited the showroom of Rockstella and then, upon visiting the granite wholesalers locations, ordered a specific shape of granite to cover our new kitchen cabinets and island. They installed the product exactly as requested and on time - would recommend highly.

We were interested in having an island countertop installed in our kitchen for our new island, and were open to exploring the replacement of the existing counters for our kitchen also. I did my due diligence to investigate three companies based on my research and a personal recommendation (which was another company). I obtained three initial quotes and explored my options with each, Right away, I found Rockstella to be responsiveness, informative and truly interested in making sure that we were happy with our decisions.
