It was difficult getting someone out to the house to actually show up to quote the work since I needed the work started ASAP and finished by Saturday for painting to begin by Monday. It was very short notice when I posted the job for quote, but Stephen came on Wednesday and was committed to do the job. Stephen did an excellent job of mudding and sanding. I think he was a little understaffed for the work in the timeline required.
Stephen introduced himself as the estimator and said he has a crew to do the work. Like other reviewers have noted, I was surprised when Stephen showed up to tape and mud. Things would have been more efficient if Stephen had brought crew with him to stay for the entire day as well as heaters/fans to speed the drying. Overall, the work was finished well but went later in the nights than expected.

We committed to finishing on Saturday and we used all the available resources to deliver the project on time and on budget. Sometimes that may include pulling staff from different roles to complete the work, as well as working longer hours. We are very glad that you are happy with the quality of the work.
