My air conditioner was installed a year ago and Mike Vandervelde came in to do a first service on it, he was quick to realize that the furnace was very loud and address the issue, although he was there for the AC, he was very professional and patient and after tuning the furnace he went to the Air Conditioning unit and he cleaned it, he informed me that it was full of the white pollen fluff that floats in the air at times, this was preventing it from being 100% effective, he gave me a simple idea on how to prevent this problem in the future. he was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone!
