Bryant Heating & Cooling Service Experts

Was having a problem with the furnace coming on and maintaining temperature. I called Bryant and Pauline set me up right away with a service call. Dan #27 came and did a thorough maintenance check. It turns out dust had accumulated on sensors.
Dan was prompt, informative, efficient, respectful of my floors by putting on his shoe covers.
I have every confidence in the abilities of all service people that work for Bryant.
I use them not only for my own home but also for my rental property.

Annual Maintenace done by Keven ( once In the fall and once in the spring). Excellent service , piece of mind to know furnace or air conditioner ready to go

We ordered new Rheem 40 gallon hot water tank March 18th & it was installed March 22 by Jarrett & Chad They were on time & installed under 2 hours. Both were very polite & obliging & said to call if we had any trouble. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rep. Adam was on time and reviewed what was going to be done and why. He explained what could happen further down the road if there are problems and what would solve them. He was courteous, friendly and informative.

I had a problem with mild/ algae built up in the pump which pumps excess water from the Humidifier. I called Bryant at 11:00am and amazingly had a Tech here before 1:00pm. Adam was the Tech
who responded... he explained what probably had to be done and the pricing on the phone . I agreed and he was at our home in 15 minutes . He cleaned the pump & made sure it was operating properly before he left. Adam was knowledgeable , friendly & professional.
I have used Bryant H & C since 1994 for purchase of A/C & Furnace as well as having an annual Service Contract and I can tell you I have never had a problem. Their work is guaranteed and they seem to have a knack to hire real top notch people with integrity. Their office staff ( ie Pauline & Lisa ) are always accomodating as well.

Ok, so I'm going to start posting my review of this company in other forums, since they won't let you put your reviews, they only allow all the "5 stars" review to be put on their website so they look good.

Anyways, February 12 I called Bryant's heating and cooling people to come look at my furnace because we noticed that the heat isn't circulating around the house, there's heat at the vent but it wasn't blowing. So we called for a technician and they sent Adam (nice guy) to come see what the problem was ($111.87 just for diagnostic), and he looked and saw that it was the belt that snapped off but the motor was still running (without the belt). So he went out to go buy a new belt, and put it on, it worked. The belt cost $116.39 when it should have cost probably less than $10.

February 16, I noticed the house was cool, but didn't think the furnace would have messed up.
February 17, I decided to go back downstairs to check on the furnace to make sure that the belt didn't snap again, but the belt was there, and the motor wasn't running. I decided to contact this company and told them everything thus far that has happened, "Sam" said he would get a technician to come. I got a call from the Technician that was on call I guess or the boss, who knows, telling me that it was probably the belt that caused the motor to stop functioning. So I told him they should fix it then, they were the one that put the belt on (I'm still not sure if that's the correct belt they should have put on because the belt I had one was thinner and I don't know too much about furnaces), and the newer technician that was on call (not Adam because this guy had a horrible accent, could barely understand what he was saying on the phone), told me that I was blaming them for the cause of the motor to stop, well hello, you guys put the belt on, if you would have put the right belt on, maybe it would still have worked, and now this guy is trying to tell me it's going to cost $400-500 to fix, well if the motor messed up before you guys have touched it, I would pay for it, but since it was working and the belt messed it up, you would think they would fix the problem they did....

Well screw that, I'll just find a company that does not overprice everything! I would compare prices with other companies for now on and use this company as a last resort.

Bryant heating and cooling was great...Mike the sales guy is a person in the neighbourhood who lives on sa,e block..i noticed his lawn sign he put on his own lawn. And ironically my a/c went...i talked to mike and he reccomended a new system but he offered to haveone of his techs out here (david) to acess the problem...hottest week in windsor and they installed a new system the very next day...the service was great and overall 110% satisfied with this company..would recommend them to everyone

Bryant heating and cooling did an excellent job from start to finish. They were a little more money then the rest of contractors but well worth it.. so professional. Mike (sales guy) and installer mark and Geoff, were so nice. they walked me thru the whole job and explained the thermostat. they totally satisfied my issues with heating and cooling and would recommend them to everyone. My Furnace stopped working. Bryant was there the same day to try and fix it, but couldn't. They came the next day and replaced it with a new. All the guys were very nice and polite. I will recommend them to every.
