Gold Seal Caulking

Gold Seal was hired to recaulk the exterior of our home. We contacted Michael by phone after searching the web for a caulking company. He came by a day after
speaking with him to provide us with the quote. He did give us a lot of information on the process as others have said, and we did appreciate that. The price was fair
and a date was set. They showed up on time the day of the work and performed the job the way they said they would, this involved removing all the old caulking which was no easy task,
installing the backer rod and installing the new caulking which was a premium quality silicone. We are happy with the end results and would recommend Gold Seal Caulking
to any person looking to have this work performed.

We had completed a renovation project on the facades of two commercial buildings.
The windows and all other joints had to be caulked to prevent water and weather damage. Michael was called on to do the job and provided a reasonable cost, completed the work professionally and did an excellent job.

We met Michael at the end of November for an estimate to do all of the exterior caulking of all of our windows/doors/vents. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. He gave us a great deal of information about the different products and made his recommendations.
