Exterior caulking of doors, windows and vents
Just wanted to commend Mike and his team for a wonderful job of the exterior caulking of all of my windows and doors, plus the re-installation of new vents. Even though we had to reschedule our appointment due to the weather, he was on top of everything by communicating any update every step of the way.
The materials used and finish is top notch. We can already notice a huge difference as the cooler nights are upon us with winter just around the corner. My wife's only complaint was why we didn't do this earlier, as the 'builder' caulking was not only cracking and outstretched but completely missing around some windows. Would definitely recommend Gold Seal Caulking to anyone else looking for a great job. Thanks Mike!
