We had all our kitchen cabinets done and installed on Nov 6th & 7th 2015 by Kitchen Pro and the workmanship is very poor! Then they forgot the cutlery dividers and they delivered after 2 weeks. I must say that I'm not impressed with the work and I regret to have dealt with this company. After I had sent 7 e-mails to the company to follow up and have their team to come to fix their unprofessional work. Date sent: Nov 30th, I sent an e-mail to Andy to let them know that I was going to send them pictures of what needs to be fixed or redone! Dec 2th with pictures, Dec 4th, I received an e-mail saying to me to go over to the company to pick screw cover (stickers) for the holes. Seriously? stickers to cover their poor work? I sent e-mail saying that the stickers can't cover errors done by your team. Dec 16th, Dec 18th all of 2015, Jan 26th 2016, Jan 28th and on Feb 16th 2016 after I had sent them e-mails following up, I got a reply from them. This is unprofessional people after 3 months they did not have a decency to reply any e-mails except Dec 4th to pick up stickers. That was a joke!! Then they sent a team member to fix drawers holes because the handles were drilled at the worng place and you can't expect filler and Tipp-ex to cover the cracks from poor touch up work. Some of cabinets doors were not levelled well from the initial installation. beginning! I'm not sure some reviewers posted pictures and if they are really looking for quality of work or they didn't see!! For the look can get from Ikea!! some of the pictures are history old and I didn't know until this happened to me. I have attached all some of the pictures and what I did go through from this company. I have highlighted them in read for viewers to see.
