I'd give 9.5 but we need whole numbers . I take half a point off beacuse we had and appointment but Mike had to come the next day and I have to sleep in the heat. But good thing he came the next morning. Courteous and honest, would recommend. But if you need same day service, he might not be avalible and he will tell you to call someone else instead.
