Stephen arrived promptly and started immediately. He walked me through what a home inspection entails, including what it is and what it is not. Going around and through the house, he was thorough, and took the time to explain to me why certain things were flagged and remedies, particularly things which are easier explained in person. I received the report the same night, as promised, which contained everything that was raised during the inspection with more detailed information. Stephen is also friendly and personable. Efficient and easy process, start to finish, and a job well done. Would definitely recommend!
