Stephen was very thorough and patient in checking over ever part of the house. He took the time to answer and and all questions we had during the inspection and to look at any areas we pointed out that we had concerns about. He also gave us time at the end of the inspection to ask any questions we might still have. We are very happy with the service he provided from beginning to end, he was punctual, professional and friendly. He presented his findings in a very matter of fact way and clear way which we appreciated. We would recommend his services to anyone and everyone.
