I came upon this company by sheer coincidence, searching for boxes with specialized measurements. From my first communication, suggestions made were based on careful listening, good problem-solving, and sound knowledge. Red walked through various solutions with me. When we visited the store with our list, he was efficient and again, very helpful. We have also booked AD Movers, affiliated with The Box Guys to pack our kitchen so the approximate cost does not include that service. Again, dealing with Anton has been a sheer pleasure and I know the packing crew will do a great job. Moving during a pandemic is not straightforward. Many companies have unbundled services, and customers have to seek out solutions for dismounting chandeliers, packing services etc. I'm super grateful to have come upon this operation.

I have hired The Box Guys for four small moves of our belongings both within Toronto and to a second property out of town. They are consistently timely, courteous, respectful of our stuff and available. I can’t recommend them highly enough! The guys and truck are clean and friendly...hire The Box Guys! I purchased a moving bundle from Brandon, at the last minute my car broke down and I was unable to pick up the boxes, Brandon delivered them to me asap and my order was correct. Thank you for the help I will send other customers your way for sure.

I ordered a 1-bedroom package of moving boxes along with 10 additional boxes from TheBoxGuys. I asked that they be delivered during a specific window of time as I could be home to receive them. They arrived right on time and the delivery guy was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

The operator at the box box guys Brandon is great very helpful and great service , I was also there on the weekend to grab some more items I needed and Ryan was a fantastic help, took time with me and joked every once in awhile. I would recommend them for sure and I also used their moving company a & d movers fantastic service.
