We recently had our roof re-shingled by Ottawa Home Exteriors. A couple of years earlier, we had them repair a problem with a light tube (skylight) in our sun room. Impressed with the workmanship and the great service on that small job, we did not hesitate to engage them for the roofing job. Their quote was very competitive and we were impressed with the prompt response to calls and questions during the hiring process on both jobs. Workmanship on both was excellent. Workers showed up when scheduled and were always polite and helpful. Both jobs were completed promptly, once started. Clean-up after the roofing job was excellent. At all times, the company’s owner and manager, Kyle Dotto, was just a phone call away. He addressed any concerns promptly and courteously. We have no hesitation in giving this company a five-star rating.

The estimate was bang-on, and the crew did the work a day early. They did a quality job, and left zero mess. :-) They replaced roughly 20 shingles after a major wind storm.

The crew was friendly, polite and hard working and when a change in the weather meant a big rain storm was coming the following day they stayed into the evening to finish our job so we wouldn't have any water damage. Then they came back the next day to double check everything in the daylight.

The following week when we noticed one shingle had lifted after a windstorm we sent an email and someone came out the next day to fix it.
