redoing basement and creating new room
Trevor and his crew were amazing. They were very good about following through with timelines and when they said they would be there they were there. This was very important because I hired different people to do different jobs so each one relied on the other one. They were very honest and hard working. My carpenter did the framing and M & L did the insulating/drywalling and taping.
Trevor put up a piece of the diamond sheet in one of the rooms because we were running out of time. It doesn't need to be sanded amazing for painting. This house was a rental property so if you are not on a budget I would highly recommend this type of sheet work instead of the drywall/taping in high end houses amazing stuff however, pricey. Highly recommend for quality and efficiency.
