Niall and his team were hired to help us renovate our old, half-finished basement. The scope of work included framing, drywall, insulation of walls and ceiling, building closets under the stairs for storage, tiling of laundry area and trim work.
Niall and his team did an incredible job, and showed a lot of pride and attention to detail while staying within our budget. They even identified issues that we were not aware of (some bad, previous electrical work that was not up to code) and had that fixed.
