Major structural repair of 3-storey home
Niall helped us retro-fit a ridge beam to the 3rd floor of our house.
The job was highly complicated, as the home was already fully finished and he was able to design a plan to make the structural corrections while minimising disturbance to existing finishing. The job involved demo, structural work and then dry walling and re-finishing.
His best skill is organisation, planning and thoroughness. He put us in contact with his engineer and the two worked together to find an elegant solution to our issue.
The job was not easy and multiple contractors passed on it.
His rates are more than fair and he was thoughtful and respectful with our budget and he actually finished on time.
