Water from the upper unit's bath in rental duplex was pouring into the lower unit when used. Considering that this was immediately after a full renovation/conversion, the original plumber had already been called back in to no success and was now being elusive.
The upper unit tenants were moving in completely the same day, so I was in a bind. With the lockdown in place, finding trades who are working or are not fully booked up is quite challenging.
John had been previously been recommended to me on another conversion project, but had been unavailable at the time. I called him and he immediately committed to fix the leak that afternoon, even though he was on another job at the time. He was on time, kept me informed of the source, the repair work required (drywall cuts) and most importantly, fixed it with little fuss. Even my tenants were impressed saying that he clearly knew more than the previous plumber.
Will definitely use again.
