John is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have had him fix some drainage issues in the past, and called him recently to help us solve the mystery in our kitchen sink. He was very prompt in responding and thorough in making sure the problem was fully resolved. Very reasonable cost for the time and a job well done!
