Cliff was super effiicent and easy to deal with.
Yuri, the technician, was both pleasant and a hard worker. He briefly explained the what and how and then got straight to work. Afterwards he provided important information regarding my current furnace filters relative to the new A/C install.

They were on time and the service we received was excellent. The two guys who came to do the work gave a very good impression - they value their work, are proud of their work, are knowledgeable, and are genuine and sincere. It was easy to communicate with them as they were quite friendly - no huge egos and not easy to offend as this is our first home and our first time to have this service done - so we had a lot we learned from others and are verifying with them, we had questions and questions and questions. Hot Pepper came and cleaned our furnace and ducts yesterday, the gentleman who came to do the job was quick, thorough and very respectful. We live on a hill and had a lot of dust in the house, today there is none, will definitely use them again and have told my family and friends about them, definitely a good choice on my part.

This place is spot on and really amazing to do business with. Yuri is the best so friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail and gives great tips for furnace maintenance. I have used them a few times and will never go anywhere else. From booking the appointment with Cliff and dealing with Yuri I must say it is very hard to get this kind of service these days.
