Ali is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is committed to doing the job right. He did a panel replacement for us on a relatively tight schedule.

I am very happy with the services that Ali provided for my family’s home. We had serval wall outlets that had burnt out, and we could not replace the outlets on our own. Ali came over promptly after I called him. I did not do a good job of explaining the issue, but Ali was patient and repaired 4 outlets and 2 switches.

Ali from Direct Electric was very easy to deal with and to set up a date for the work. He showed up on time and was great about letting us know he was on his way, which was very reassuring.
He wired in a bath fan in a tricky location, quickly replaced a ceiling light fixture, and moved and installed several switches for us. All the work was handled very professionally and with care, and explained thoroughly.

He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, told us exactly what he was doing and why, and tidied up after the work was done. He identified a significant problem with the wiring in our bathroom and fixed it. We felt his fee was entirely appropriate f or the time involved and the work done. I will be calling him again.

Ali came promptly to fix the switch and the wiring that my handyman had installed on my roofdeck. He brought it up to code and it's now protected from the elements. I will definitely call on his services again.

I called Ali for a problem I had in my kitchen, my range hood fan an one outlet stopped working after I connected the microwave and the fan at the same time. He came the next day.
He found the problem (which was an incorrect installation done by previous kitchen renovation) and was able to find a solution until I can do a whole kitchen renovation and rewiring.
Ali was very friendly, responsible, respectful and you can tell he is an expert in the matter. His rate is fair.

Reached out to Ali one afternoon and he was willing to come by within 3 hours. Ended up messaging and speaking with him so he came early the next morning on time. Was able to repair the issue within an hour by replacing all the affected outlets and circuit breaker, with improved parts.

While not cheap, you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend Ali to anyone who wants electrical repairs done quickly and right
