Needed to find an experienced picture hanger in less than 48 hours that could hang and level 20 pictures equally spaced apart in a window of 1.5 hrs for a private event. We called Odd Jobs to fix minor issues in our condo that were giving us headaches for awhile. We needed to get the hinges on two doors fixed so the doors would properly open and close. We got the caulking redone in our bathtub and bathroom vanity and replaced our bath spout. We also had a large hole patched up and some areas that needed to be sanded down and ready for paint. The last thing we had the contractor do was put up a dart board and remove a plastic piece off our wall that was screwed on too tight.

My husband and I were very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Justin came to our condo to do our estimate and was very nice and professional. Communication onwards was always clear and concise. We had Shawn, a senior contractor who was punctual, friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Shawn was professional, efficient and we are satisfied with the finished results. Now we can breathe a sigh of relief when we look around.

Overall, I think the prices are pretty reasonable based on the fact that you really can't get any contractors to come out and fix these small, odd jobs. We would definitely recommend Odd Jobs handy services!

I had a really good experience with the experts at Odd Jobs. Our Electrician and Plumber both came with a great attitude and were very professional. The work was done quickly and professionally. The only issue was timing. Unfortunately, I had to wait around for several hours for the Electrician who was behind on another job. It was frustrating, but when he arrived, he was very kind and apologetic and I'm pretty forgiving.

My older house had some of the first insulated steel doors and the weatherstripping was toast. I wanted someone to get the right stuff and stop the cold air leaking around three exterior doors. I also had a busted sliding closet door that needed to be replaced. The technician came with all of the material and closet door system he needed. He was friendly and prepared -- he had a bigger range of fasteners than some hardware stores. When I later noticed a problem with my deadbolt no longer working on the weatherstripped front door, he came on a Saturday to fix it. I like that they stand by their work and can efficiently do a wide range of tasks.

It was an emergency, had to install a handrail to my basement staircase. Dealing with odd job was pleasant from from booking the appointment to completing the task. They did a good job!

I contacted Odd Jobs based on a recommendation through a friend. It was a sunken sink issue. I was provided with a detailed quote just based on giving a description and pictures, and the actual invoice came in LOWER than the initial quote, which shows that this company his honest!!! The customer service from start to finish was wonderful, and they were especially great liaising with my tenant while I live overseas. Odd Job have been our go-to contractor for quick fixes to our basement rental. Our tenant's bathroom door needed to be replaced with a custom-sized door. As is always the case with rentals, we needed a fast turnaround.

We phoned the folks at Odd Job, Justin came to take a look soon after. A few days after that, the custom door was sized, cut, painted and installed. Door looks great and our tenant is happy.

Service is excellent and appreciate the efficient and detailed estimates and invoices (great for landlords). Highly recommend.
