Bathroom demolition and rebuild
Cost of labour only including electrical. This included extra labour costs for heated floor levelling and removal of bulkhead demolition materials.
Does not include bathroom fixtures, tiles, vanity, paint, heated towel bar, fan, flooring, hardware.
Mr Build demolished and rebuilt ensuite bathroom replacing bathtub with shower. Contractor was skilled in plumbing, minor electrical, drywalling, demolition, heated floor & towel bar installation, ceiling scrape, reduction of ceiling bulkhead over shower, floor & tile installation, skilled in craftsman quality finishing. Contractor worked diligently from 9am to 3pm with only a lunch break.
