This is not the first time we’ve used Paul’s services. Satisfied the first time, we made no hesitation to contact him when our furnace wasnt working properly. Paul was quick to respond to my call and took the time to walk me through his diagnostic and professional practices regarding our furnace. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in his assessment. He went above and beyond to ensure we would be satisfied customers...we are!!!!
