Had a leak coming in from a roof vent that needed attention quickly. Ronald was quick to respond to my call and swiftly took care of the issue with an affordable repair. Will call again for future roof repairs!

We had a roofing emergency. I let something go too long and woke up one morning with a leak in my daughters ceiling. It was a Sunday. He came, when he said he would, explained the options. I had a written quote that night. The work was done in a few days. Cleaned up, professional, thorough and respectful. Ronaldo is great and I would recommend him to anyone.

We had to remove a metal chimney flue from the roof because it was leaking. I was worried the cost would be exorbitant, but Ronald quoted me a reasonable price. He took out the flue, replaced the hole with plywood, covered it with rubber tarp and shingles, and even hauled the garbage. Fantastic service!! I highly recommend Sensational Roofing!

We had a leaky third floor eavestrough that caused water to run down the side of the house. Ronald came over the day after calling and we discussed various options. He's a good listerner. We set a date, Ronald came over and did a great job! The problem is solved!

He came by within a day of calling him, gave a very reasonable quote, and came back and did a great job the following week - on a very steep roof. Very friendly, responsive and professional service all around. Will definitely use them again.

Some roofers were not interested in a small roof repair. One didn't work on 3 story homes. Another didn't show up as promised. Found Sensational Roofing. Ronald showed up at the promised time and went right to work. Finished in less at 45 minutes and his bill was less than the minimum another roofer was asking just to show up. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful service from Ronald! He was honest, efficient and easy to communicate with. He returned my call quickly, arrived on time, identified the source of the leak within minutes and completed the repair on our 3-story home in Markham. One thing that really stuck with us was Ronald's integrity. My mom overpaid him by $100 and he immediately returned it, explaining to her that he and I had agreed on a lower price for minor repairs. Even though the repair was so small, Ronald was very respectful and professional. I highly recommend his service to anyone. As for the quality of the repair, we will have to wait for the next rain storm to come along before we can tell! For now, we are very happy customers.

I needed a metal chimney running through the soffit and roof after switching from the old woodburning stove/fireplace to a gas direct vent one. Ronald did a good job and repair the hole, can't even tell there was a chimney there before. He also saved the chimney parts since someone wanted them. Project was delayed by 1.5 wks due to rain but that was not their fault, he could have called to warn about the delay though. All in all, I was very satisfy with work and would use them again for future repairs and roof work.

Left a message for Ronald the day after Hurricane Sandy blew through Richmond Hill, and was pleasantly surprised to have him call back within the half hour, and appear at our door within 2 hours. He replaced a vent that had blown off during the storm and made a minor modification to a troublesome eaves trough situation. Overall we were impressed by his knowledge and efficiency and will keep his card for future work.
