We needed to replace our old wooden sliding door and was referred to Henry. Although we obtained other quotes, we decided to go with Imperial as we found Henry to be extremely responsive and professional. The installation was smooth and they thoroughly cleaned the area after they were done. We would reach out to Imperial again.

From the very start of the process, Henry was very knowledgeable about the different products, provided different suggestions based on our needs and provided a very competitive quote after comparing with 3-4 different companies. Once the selection was finalized, Henry was very responsive and answered any questions we had regarding the locks and handles as well. He answered all emails very timely and also managed to beat the quoted time to have the door installed.

On the installation day, Henry and Mo showed up on time and did a fantastic job of installing the door, and most importantly, a finished product we were happy with.

Henry was extremely helpful and very understanding of our unique situation.
To better facilitate a power wheelchair user's independent access, Henry recommended a wider front entry door (42") with a no-rise 'wheelchair sill'.
Seven windows were also replaced. Henry advised us of the "Canada Greener Homes Grant" then guided us through the application and energy audit processes. Bonus!
