Classic pools installed our pool almost 10 years ago and while I was initially quite pleased ( I didn’t know better as I’d never had a pool before) I came to realize quite quickly that they had taken some short cuts—especially with the landscaping. I continued to use them to close the pool as I felt that since they had put it in, they would know what they were doing. Up until last year, I believed that to be true. When they closed the pool last year, they did an incredibly shoddy job; they actually closed the pool when it was filled with leaves. With a white liner, there would have been a ridiculous amount of stains, had we not checked. Luckily, my husband did check and asked them to come and take care of the mess they had left. Unbelievably, they refused to do so. I am reminded of their TERRIBLE customer service as Starling Pool co. Is now in my backyard doing a very thorough and professional job and their staff is very polite and helpful—the very opposite of the experience we had with Classic Pools.
