Called these guys to fix a leak in my roof. They came and fixed it at once. Didn't charge me and extended the life of my roof for another year. Amazing service.

I am in the independent adjusting for insurance industry and have used this company. We will use them again as they were proficient, efficient and went above our expectations. Both the insurer and the insured were pleased with this company.

Our experience with Urban roofing was great. Shaun is an extremely talented and knowledgable individual. After receiving numerous quotes, Shaun was the only one to thoroughly walk us through the entire process, warranty and all. His staff was very professional. Something as simple as noticing we had a dog and informing his staff to triple check for old nails made us feel like he really cared. Fantastic end result. A great looking roof and gutters. I would highly recommend Urban.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Urban Roofing. Our call to the company regarding our leaky roof was acted upon quickly. Shaun assessed our old roof and provided detailed explanations and pictures of the problem areas. We were very satisfied with the quality of the products used for the new roof and the price was reasonable. The project was completed in a timely manner just before winter set in and it was a great relief to get the new roof installed without having to wait until the spring. The workers were polite, efficient and hard-working and they did a good job of protecting and cleaning up our property. Shaun and his team did a great job and the new roof looks wonderful!

The owner of the company was very knowledgeable about the installation process and products they use. He met up with us prior to the installation and explained price, time frame and product waranty in a thorough manner. Himself and his team were very neat and tidy during the whole process which was very important to us. They completed the roof in a timely fashion and we couldn't be any happier! A week after the roof was done, the owner came back and followed up with us to make sure everything was ok. Great company to deal with!

Shawn was the last company that I received an estimate from. He took the time to explain how the warranty worked with regards to the other estimates. His was the same. The price did not change upon completion and his estimate of when he could get to our house was close.Weather was the only delay. The job was done quickly and a through clean up afterwards.

We decided to hire Urban Roofing because our home was long overdue for a new roof. We shopped around and found that Urban was more knowledgeable and informative than the others. Shaun showed us the actual condition of our roof and outlined our options very thoroughly. He really knows his products and took the time to help us understand what was needed and how it was going to be completed. Urban also worked on our roof efficiently, while keeping our property clean. Although they might not have given us the lowest price, we are very happy with their quality of work and level of professionalism.

I had Urban Roofing do a job for re on my commercial/residential building in downtown Hamilton. After trying 3 other well known roofing co.'s (all said they were unable to do the job) I had Shaun from Urban come and have a look. he said, and i quote "no problem". And for them, it really wasn't they did a terrific job in a very reasonable amount of time. Would I use Urban again? Hell yes. So, this is my recommendation for Urban. And if anyone wishes to contact me personally to verify this. Have at it. I stand by my recommendation. Just as Urban Roffing stands by their work.
